How do I request a machinery quotation?
Visit the Machinery catalogue, add the machines you need to your Quote Basket, review your selection and submit the quotation enquiry form.
How do I request a cleaning service quotation?
Visit the Cleaning page to explore our services, then use the contact enquiry form to describe the cleaning work you require. Include your location and any useful job details.
Does Vikinix repair industrial cleaning equipment?
Yes. Open the Repairs page and complete the repair enquiry form with your machine details and a description of the fault. Attach a photograph if the form offers that option.
Will I receive an enquiry reference number?
Yes. After successfully submitting a machinery quotation or repair enquiry, the confirmation page displays a unique enquiry reference. Please copy or save it for future correspondence.
Where can I find my enquiry reference?
Your reference appears on the confirmation page immediately after a successful submission. It is not currently sent to you in an automatic confirmation email. If you did not save it, contact Vikinix with your name and enquiry details so we can help locate it.
How do I follow up on an enquiry?
Open the Contact or Repairs page and use the Follow up via WhatsApp section. Enter your enquiry reference to prepare a WhatsApp message to Vikinix, then send the message to request an update.
Can I check my enquiry status online?
Not at present. The enquiry reference helps our team find your request, but the website does not show live enquiry status. Please follow up with us on WhatsApp for an update.
What if I have not received a reply?
Please send us a WhatsApp follow-up with your enquiry reference. If you no longer have the reference, include your name, the type of enquiry and when you submitted it.
How do I request an iKhokha payment link?
Once you have received and approved a Vikinix quotation or invoice, use the Request Payment Link section on the Contact page. The request opens WhatsApp, where our team can verify your quotation or invoice reference and provide a secure iKhokha payment link for the confirmed amount.
Can I pay directly on the website?
No. The website does not process card payments. Vikinix sends a secure iKhokha payment link after verifying your quotation or invoice. Requesting a link does not confirm an order or complete a payment.
Are machinery prices shown online?
No. Please request a quotation for current pricing and availability.
Can I download machine specifications?
Where available, select Download Specifications on the machine card or in Quick View. Some machines may not have a specification PDF yet.
Which areas does Vikinix serve?
Vikinix serves the Cape Peninsula, Atlantic Seaboard and Cape Winelands. Contact us to confirm service availability for your location.
